Our delivery times range from 5 to 20 days depending on the products ordered. The t-shirts are designed to order in order to avoid stocks and unsold stock.

Delivery costs are calculated when placing the order and are the responsibility of the buyer. Fees may vary depending on the weight of the package and the country of destination.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

By purchasing on www.musclebeachibiza.com, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the order. The consumer has an additional 14 days to return his order as is.
Please note that “digital” items are non-refundable.

How to proceed ?
Send us an e-mail to contact@musclebeachibiza.com indicating your name, first name, the article concerned, a photo showing the good condition of the product or the error of sending, your order number, as well as the reason for return (error or withdrawal).

How much does it cost ?
In the event of withdrawal, the return costs are your responsibility.
In the event of an error on our part, we will refund the shipping costs upon presentation of the invoice from the parcel distribution organization chosen by you.

How does the refund work?
After receipt and validation of your return by email, we will refund you via the credit card used for the purchase within 24 to 72 hours.
